Carl E. Combs has been practicing law in California for nearly 30 years. He was born in Modesto, California. He is a graduate of Oakdale High School. Upon graduating from Modesto Junior College, he attended Brigham Young University. He served a church mission to Lima, Peru before returning to BYU and receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree. After managing a commercial business, Mr. Combs entered law school. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. He is a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. He also was distinguished by his membership on the Dean’s List and Law Review during law school. Carl E.
